Steps of Enrollment

Applications will not be processed until all information has been received.

Application

  • Complete and submit:
    • New Student Application and $100 application fee
    • Statement of Faith
    • Parent Financial Commitment
    • Student Commitment
    • Parent/Student Handbook Agreement
    • Medical History Release
    • Notification of Privacy Rights of Parents and Students
    • Volunteer Code of Conduct and Volunteer Service Application
    • Request for Transfer of Student Records
      (Note: The Transfer of Record form will not be mailed to the previous school until your child is admitted.)
  • Complete the top half of:
    • Confidential Educator’s Reference – give to your child’s previous teacher to complete and return
    • Pastor’s Reference – give to your Pastor to complete and return
  • Submit:
    • A copy of your child’s report card from the school currently attending
    • A copy of last year’s Stanford 9/10, STAR 9 or equivalent standardized test results
    • A copy of your child’s Immunization Record

Interview, Testing & Admission

  • An interview with the Principal and Pastor
  • The student will be tested for grade suitability and placement
  • A letter of admission or non-acceptance will be mailed to the parents
