Steps of Enrollment
Applications will not be processed until all information has been received.
Application
- Complete and submit:
- New Student Application and $100 application fee
- Statement of Faith
- Parent Financial Commitment
- Student Commitment
- Parent/Student Handbook Agreement
- Medical History Release
- Notification of Privacy Rights of Parents and Students
- Volunteer Code of Conduct and Volunteer Service Application
- Request for Transfer of Student Records
(Note: The Transfer of Record form will not be mailed to the previous school until your child is admitted.)
- Complete the top half of:
- Confidential Educator’s Reference – give to your child’s previous teacher to complete and return
- Pastor’s Reference – give to your Pastor to complete and return
- Submit:
- A copy of your child’s report card from the school currently attending
- A copy of last year’s Stanford 9/10, STAR 9 or equivalent standardized test results
- A copy of your child’s Immunization Record
Interview, Testing & Admission
- An interview with the Principal and Pastor
- The student will be tested for grade suitability and placement
- A letter of admission or non-acceptance will be mailed to the parents
